FAQs
- Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and will remain available to attendees for 90 days after the event. To view the recordings, log onto the conference platform, Cvent.
- What is the URL for the event?
- How can I log in as a registered attendee?
Please check your email or spam folder for an invitation to join the Attendee Portal for the event. The subject is: Attendee portal for AMTA 2025 is now open!
To log in:
- In a web browser, go to the event URL: https://cvent.me/QM7nRZ
- Enter your first and last name and the email address that you used for registration.
- Click on Next.
- You will receive a verification code by email and/or text.
- Type the verification code into the field labeled “Verification code”.
- Click on Log In.
- The conference platform will open in your browser.
- How can I attend a session once I am logged onto the conference platform?
- From the Home screen, mouse over Schedule at the top of the screen.
- Select All Sessions or My Sessions from the drop-down menu.
- When the Join Session button to the right of the title of each talk is activated, you can join the session by clicking on the button. Note that the Join Session button becomes active five minutes before the scheduled start of the talk.
- How can I view the recording of a session once I am logged onto the conference platform?
- A few minutes after a talk is completed, the recording will be available for viewing.
- When the recording is available, the Join Session button will be replaced by a View Recording button.
- From the Home screen, mouse over Schedule at the top of the screen.
- Select All Sessions or My Sessions from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the View Recording button to the right of the title of the presentation you would like to view.
- There is no password (the verification code is your password).
- How can I interact with other attendees?
Your Attendee Portal has a Messaging icon allowing you to message other attendees.
7. Where can I find the schedule?
The schedule is in the Attendee Portal under Schedule>All Sessions.
8. How do I interact with Exhibitors?
Go to the Attendee Portal under Expo>Exhibitors and click on the exhibitor name.
